CALLplus Trafford drop in members have artistic talent in spades as a new exhibition demonstrates. The group developed skills in book arts, creative journalling and photography thanks to a collaborative project with arts group Nelly Globe which was set up by former cancer patient, Darren Nicoll.
The group worked with photographer Rod Kippen and artist Dave Hulston to create images and books which reflected their thoughts, feelings and surroundings.
A participant said: “A pleasure in doing and also seeing what other folk have produced. Amazingly relaxing with a sense of achievement at the end.”
The work will be exhibited at the CALLplus AGM on 16th October.
