The Role

We’re seeking an Innovation Project Manager to lead the development of a new digital volunteer platform. This exciting role will involve managing the project from concept to delivery, ensuring it is accessible, user-friendly, and responsive to the needs of volunteers and service users.

You’ll work closely with staff, volunteers and partners to design, test and launch a platform that enhances volunteer experience and strengthens our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of a new digital platform
  • Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and stakeholders
  • Oversee user research, testing and design improvements
  • Engage with volunteers, staff and service users to shape the platform
  • Support marketing, growth and long-term sustainability

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing projects, ideally with a digital or innovation focus
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Has strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Is confident using digital tools and platforms
  • Shares our values and brings empathy, flexibility and a collaborative approach

Experience in the charity sector, working with volunteers, or UX design is desirable.
